Returns

We trust you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however should you need to return an item, due to defect, you may return it for a credit or replacement within 10 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original package and an authorization number from Kerio Chic. Please include the reason for the return and be sure to insure your items for we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Your account will be credited and the credited amount will be deducted from your next order. Please note that Topless Sandals that have been opened from their original packaging cannot be returned.
